MEET STEVE...

OUR FOUNDERS

Steve Windolf, founder of It's Foodism, exudes energy and cheerfulness in a vibrant 80's fitness outfit, representative of the dynamic and health-conscious brand that offers high-protein vegan meals.

Steve Windolf, an only child from the East, with far too much energy and ideas.

Instead of becoming a doctor with straight A's, he became an actor. He appeared in numerous films and series, which you can read about on IMDB if you're interested.

Instead of staying there, he's now doing it in Essen. "Shoemaker, stick to your last," Steve thinks is stupid.

"I also didn't feel like waiting for someone to implement this idea. It took a long time, but what we have achieved together with the help of so many talented and great people is a dream!"

LIKE EVERYTHING VEGAN...

GOAL

As an actor, I had to get in shape in a very short space of time for some films. For example, for the medieval film "THE SECRET OF THE MIDWIFE". I wanted to give my role as a knight a muscular look. But I quickly reached my limits during my muscle-building phase.

Movie poster of 'Conan the Barbarian' showing strength and determination. The muscular figure on the poster served as a model for Steve Windolf, founder of It's Foodism, for his own muscle building in the style of 80's fitness culture.

Final result

.this photo quality, DIgga, WTF?!

FAIL

The success of good muscle building lies not only in the gym, but largely in the kitchen.

But often I had no time, no creativity or simply no desire to cook.

I also soon got sick of protein shakes and didn't want to ruin my health with "stuff".

So I didn't consume enough protein and carbohydrates. Conan the Barbarian 2.0 became more of a knight :-)

MORE FAIL

When I decided to go vegan three years ago, the whole thing became even more... sorry... difficult.

Finally, I was fed up with a solution
waiting.

SOLUTION

I FOUNDED IT'S FOODISM AND developed the vegan CONCENTRATE MEALS TOGETHER with experts.

If another muscle-bound role comes around the corner, folks, I'm prepared and so are you!

Yes, you calculated correctly.
FROM THE IDEA TO THE OPENING OF THE ONLINE SHOP
the whole thing took 10 years.
...ahem...

FUTURE

This is just the beginning. There are still so many ideas waiting to be realized.
Let’s write the future together.
